Resident Advisory Board

The Aurene Resident Advisory Board (RAB) represents the collective interests of property owners in the neighborhood by focusing on enhancing safety and security, fostering community growth, and protecting property values. The Board manages the maintenance of and improvements to the neighborhood greenspace and walking trails, while also providing guidance through and oversight of the Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.

The Advisory Board works closely with the Town of Erwin, which oversees code enforcement, to help ensure that Aurene remains safe and well-maintained for all residents.
