Over the course of the past few months, Park Grove Realty of Rochester, NY secured final approvals to develop a section of land adjacent to the entrance of the Aurene neighborhood where they will construct a 90-unit apartment complex. The $30.4M project recently commenced and is well underway.
It has been reported, the complex will be named Crystal Pointe Apartments. Other properties owned by Park Grove can be viewed on their website at Parkgrovellc.com
